Warszawski Turniej Carrom to pierwszy rankingowy turniej carrom w sezonie PSC 2021/2022. Turniej rozgrywany będzie w systemie szwajcarskim (7 rund + finał). Maksymalna liczba zawodników ograniczona jest do 20 osób. Zapisy do turnieju odbywają się przez formularz google do dnia 19.09.2021. Gwarancją udziału w turnieju jest opłacenie wpisowego zgodnie z regulaminem przed upływem terminu rejestracji. Wpłaty należy zrealizować na konto PSC (VW Bank 10 2130 0004 2001 0549 4844 0001).

SYSTEM ROZGRYWEK:
Turniej otwarty, indywidualny, rozgrywany systemem szwajcarskim – 7 rund, do 25 punktów, limit czasu 45 min.+5 min., limit 8 partii. O kolejności miejsc decyduje: ilość zdobytych punktów: 1) punkty za zwycięstwo, 2) Bucholtz , 3) punkty netto. Turniej będzie prowadzony w programie SOL4.
Mecz finałowy – rozgrywka do 25 punktów, 8 partii, bez limitu czasu.
W turnieju obowiązują międzynarodowe zasady gry carom Laws of Carrom.

Turniej przewidziany jest dla maksymalnie 30 osób. O uczestnictwie decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń i wpłata wpisowego. Pierwszeństwo mają gracze, którzy są członkami PSC.

Organizator zapewnia sprzęt do carrom. Każdy gracz zobligowany jest posiadać swój własny striker.
OCHRONA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH:
Warsaw Carrom Tournament is the first ranking carrom tournament in PSC 2021/2022 season. The tournament will be played in Swiss system (7 rounds + final). The maximum number of players is limited to 30. Registration for the tournament takes place via google form until 19.09.2021. The guarantee of participation in the tournament is to pay the entry fee in accordance with the regulations before the registration deadline. Payments should be made to the PSC account (VW Bank 10 2130 0004 2001 0549 4844 0001).

SYSTEM OF GAMES:
Open tournament, individual, played in Swiss system – 7 rounds, to 25 points, time limit 45 min.+5 min., limit 8 games. The order of places is determined by: the number of points scored: 1) points for victory, 2) Bucholtz , 3) net points. The tournament will be played in SOL4.
The final match – 25 points, 8 games, no time limit.
The tournament is governed by the International Laws of Carrom.

The tournament is intended for a maximum of 30 people. Participation will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to players who are PSC members.
ENTRY FEE:
40 zł adult players who are not PSC members
30 PLN adult players who are PSC members
15 PLN players under 18 years old who are or are not members of PSC

Payment of the entry fee is a guarantee of participation.
PRIZES IN THE TOURNAMENT:
Each participant will receive a commemorative diploma. Cups and diplomas for I, II, III place.
The organizer provides equipment for carrom. Each player is obliged to have his own striker.

1. The administrator of the personal data provided in the tournament application is the Polish Carrom Association based at 12 Osiedlowa Street, 05-082 Zielonki Wieś.
2. The personal data provided in the tournament application will be processed in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text Dz. U. 2016, item 922) for the purpose of participation in the XI Warsaw Carrom Tournament and will not be shared with other recipients.
3. The person providing personal data in the tournament application has the right to access the content of his/her data and to correct it.
4. Providing PSC with personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the tournament.
